Strawberry, banana, passion fruit, and many more flavours of taffy are cooked in a big copper kettle, cooled, and placed on a specially made pulling machine.
It is pulled until it’s soft and glossy, then goes into our bright red 1920’s taffy wrapping machine, where it’s cut into bite size pieces and wrapped in wax paper. From there, it’s a short trip into your mouth.
